WELCOMING THE GUESTS IN THE HOUSE
The contact person for your short-term tenants are you and not random neighbors. At the same time, it is necessary to inform short-term tenants that they are staying in a normal apartment building, in which it is necessary to respect other neighbors. It is not appropriate for short-term tenants to be noisy, ring other neighbors to let them into the house or solve problems with their rented apartment.
FLATS FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS SHOULD BE MARKED
In many cases, short-term tenants do not know which apartment is "theirs" and in order to avoid situations where the guest goes around the surrounding (or all) apartments and tests whether the key fits in the lock, the apartment intended for short-term rentals should be clearly marked. The SVJ Committee will be happy to provide you with a sticker for marking the apartment. To make the apartment easily recognizable, tell your short-term tenants its number.
KEY BOXES IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE HOUSE
It is not possible to place key boxes in the common areas of the house. An exception can be accepted directly at your apartment in the area under the bell, after the agreement of the Committee. Another alternative is to replace the lock on the mailbox with a type that allows opening with a code.
CONTACT SHARING
SVJ asks for your consent to share your contact details with the nearest neighbors of your apartment, who will have the opportunity to contact you in case of problems with your short-term tenants and you will have the opportunity to solve these problems immediately.
