In the courtyard there are bins for mixed waste, stained glass, plastics and paper. We are glad that most people behave responsibly towards the environment and sort waste.

If you are going to reconstruct your unit, please do so with maximum regard for your neighbors and follow the rules given in the SVJ Statutes. Also keep in mind that this is an old house that has many specifics.

We are glad that apartment owners who have decided to use their units for short-term rentals respect the following rules and do their best to make their guests welcomed neighbors for other residents of the house. According to the statutes of SVJ, as the owner of the unit you are obliged to report to the SVJ Committee in case you use the apartment for short-term rentals.
